Description

General Description:

  • The 55105 Lube Point Monitor uses an oval gear mechanism with two magnets.
  • It incorporates a reed switch to sense the magnet passing, with each pulse equating to an approximate displacement of 0.040 cu. in. (0.65cc).
  • It's compatible with any PLC for monitoring.

Application:

  • Designed to be mounted at or near the lubrication point inlet.
  • Compatible with grease or oil systems (Dualine/Progressive/PDI).
  • Requires proper filtration to keep contaminants out of the monitor body.
