AIRMAX PNEUMATIC PUMP

The AirMax lubricator is an affordable and uncomplicated solution that is particularly suitable for air-oil systems. It features a 3-liter reservoir, a pressure gauge, and an oil inlet filter, as well as various optional extras such as an oil pressure switch, low level switch, solenoid valve, and timer.

The AirMax is equipped with a pumping unit and an integrated air-oil injection system. Users can choose the required number of oil injectors and the delivery on each port using a smart selection process.

An air actuated, spring return piston pump powers the AirMax, and the output oil pressure is determined by the inlet air pressure supply to the pumping element. When using positive displacement injectors (PDI), a minimum oil pressure of 260 psi (18 bar) is recommended.

To ensure prolonged service life, it is crucial to use dry incoming air. Controlling the inlet air supply to the pumping unit with a suitable FRL unit (filter/regulator lubricator) is highly recommended (set air to recommended operating pressure). The AirMax pumping unit is controlled using a 3/2-way solenoid valve, typically cycled for 5 seconds "on" and 30-300 seconds "off".

A consistent air supply is necessary for the air-oil injection block, and it should be separately regulated to control the air-oil flow rate to the lube point
