Bijur Delimon 55105 | Lube Point Monitor

The Bijur Delimon 55105 Lube Point Monitor is a highly precise device that uses an advanced oval gear mechanism featuring two integrated magnets. These magnets are embedded within one of the oval gears and interact with a reed switch housed in the monitor body. As lubricant flows through the 55105, it drives the rotation of the oval gears. Each complete gear rotation corresponds to a displacement of 0.040 cubic inches (0.65cc) of lubricant.

Designed for precision and durability, this advanced lubricator boasts a flow range of 0-2500 cc/min and operates under extreme conditions, with a maximum pressure of 10,153 psi (700 bar) and an accuracy of ±3%. Built to endure up to 109 pulses, it withstands temperatures from -4°F to 158°F (-20°C to 70°C) and vibrations up to 20 g. With IP-67 enclosure protection, it features versatile 1/8NPT or 1/8BSPP connections and is compatible with ISO VG 32 oil to NLGI Grade 2 grease. Available in lightweight aluminum or stainless steel (0.186 kg), the unit includes a 4-pole M12 x 1 male connection and operates at up to 24 VDC, 0.20 amp.
